Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all service bookings and payments made on poojna.com.

General Position

ONCE A POOJA OR CONSULTATION SESSION HAS BEEN PERFORMED OR HAS COMMENCED, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED REGARDLESS OF THE USER'S ASSESSMENT OF THE OUTCOME. SPIRITUAL AND DEVOTIONAL SERVICES ARE RENDERED IN GOOD FAITH AND WITH FULL PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT; THEIR OUTCOME IS A MATTER OF PERSONAL FAITH AND CANNOT FORM THE BASIS OF A REFUND CLAIM.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund will be considered in the following specific circumstances:

  • Cancellation by the User — Minimum 24 hours before the scheduled serviceA full refund of the service fee will be processed, minus any applicable payment gateway charges
  • Cancellation by the User — Less than 24 hours before the scheduled serviceA partial refund of 50% of the service fee may be considered at the Company’s discretion
  • Service Not PerformedWhere a booked service was not delivered due to a verified failure on Poojna’s end (practitioner unavailability, technical failure), a full refund will be issued
  • Duplicate PaymentWhere the same booking was charged twice due to a payment gateway error, the excess amount will be refunded

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Dissatisfaction with the astrological prediction or spiritual guidance provided — outcomes are a matter of personal faith
  • Cancellations requested after a pooja or consultation session has commenced or been completed
  • Cases where the user provided incorrect personal details (birth date, time, location) that affected the quality of the service
  • Services availed through practitioners contacted outside the Poojna platform
  • Platform service fees on successfully completed bookings

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, write to connect@poojna.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Poojna". Include:

  • Registered name and email address
  • Booking reference or order ID
  • Service booked and scheduled date
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 7 working days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment instrument within 7 to 10 business days, subject to your bank or payment gateway's processing timelines.
