1. Nature of the Platform

Poojna is a digital devotional services platform that facilitates online pooja bookings, temple pooja arrangements, astrology consultations, and spiritual guidance. The Company directly engages qualified pandits and astrologers on a professional monthly basis to provide these services.

Poojna charges a platform service fee for each booking, which covers practitioner engagement costs, technology infrastructure, quality oversight, and customer support. This fee is transparently disclosed prior to payment confirmation.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform independently
• Users below 18 must have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion

3. Nature of Services — Devotional Disclaimer

Specifically, the following applies:

• All pooja services are performed by our empanelled pandits with sincerity and devotion, in accordance with traditional Vedic procedures — but no specific divine or material result is promised or guaranteed
• Astrological readings are based on traditional Jyotisha principles and are provided for informational and faith-based purposes only
• Spiritual remedies suggested by our astrologers are rooted in traditional Vedic practice — their effectiveness is a matter of personal faith and cannot be scientifically guaranteed

4. Practitioner Engagement Model

Poojna's pandits and astrologers are engaged directly by the Company under formal professional arrangements. They perform services as part of the Poojna platform and are not independent service providers soliciting work externally. Any communication with a practitioner outside the Poojna platform for the purpose of availing services covered by Poojna is strictly prohibited and releases Poojna from all liability in relation to such services.

5. Booking and Payment

• Services are confirmed only upon full payment of the displayed service fee
• The service fee displayed on the platform is the total amount payable — there are no hidden charges
• Poojna does not accept donations on behalf of any temple or religious institution
• All payments are processed through authorised, secure payment gateways

6. User Conduct

By using Poojna, you agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for any purpose other than availing legitimate devotional or astrological services
• Engage in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward our practitioners
• Record, reproduce, or distribute any session, reading, or content from the platform without express written consent
• Attempt to contact practitioners outside the platform to circumvent Poojna’s booking system
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or abuse the refund mechanism

7. Intellectual Property

All content on poojna.com — including text, images, ritual descriptions, astrology content, and platform design — is the intellectual property of RITAJAY TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

RITAJAY TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of Poojna's services, including any loss arising from reliance on astrological guidance, the outcome of poojas performed, or any spiritual remedy suggested by our practitioners. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
